Privacy disclosure

At MyVoiceHub, we prioritize the security and integrity of your communication data. This disclosure outlines how we handle Call Display Records (CDR) and the infrastructure used to process your intelligence.

1. Data Collection & Usage

We collect and process Call Display Records (CDR) to provide operational analytics, performance metrics, and intelligence reporting. This data includes, but is not limited to:

  • Call timestamps and durations.
  • Originating and terminating phone numbers.
  • Metadata required for AI-driven summarization and sentiment analysis.

2. Storage & Infrastructure

Your information is primarily stored and managed on our private, local servers. By utilizing localized infrastructure, we maintain a higher degree of oversight and control over the data environment.

3. Data Retention

To ensure accurate historical reporting and trend analysis, we retain Call Display Records for a period of up to six months.

  • Automatic Purge: Data exceeding the six-month threshold is systematically deleted from our active production environment.
  • Customer Control: Specific retention settings may be adjusted based on individual service agreements.

4. Third-Party Data Processing (API Delegation)

To provide advanced features—including AI summarization, transcription, and sentiment trends—certain data segments may be delegated to external processing platforms via secure APIs.

  • Independent Policies: These third-party providers maintain their own independent privacy and data retention policies.
  • Data Minimization: We only transmit the specific data points required to fulfill the requested intelligence function.

5. Sector-Neutral Compliance

While we provide services to various regulated industries (including Healthcare, Automotive, and Legal), this policy serves as a general framework. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of our platform aligns with their specific industry-mandated compliance obligations and local regulations.
